• XML is available to remit sales tax filing for all businesses registered under your Bulk Filer Account.

Who should use the Colorado Sales and Use Tax System?

If you are a business that files taxes in multiple jurisdictions in the State of Colorado, this portal is for you.  

 

What Jurisdictions can I file for using this Portal?

You can file with all jurisdictions that are collected by the State of Colorado in the SUTS system. Home Rule Jurisdictions choose to use the system. You can find the list of participating home rule Jurisdictions here.

 

The SUTS portal will allow you to:

• Create a User Account
• Manage one or many Businesses
• Submit Sales Tax Filing across Jurisdictions
• Submit Payment with your tax filing
• Print records of your previous filings

 

Creating a User:

Creating a User is secure and easy- 

1. Follow the ‘New User Registration’ button 
2. Supply an email address that you have access to
3. Click the verification link in the email you received from us
4. Supply some basic contact information
5. Confirm your Colorado Account Number, if you already have one.
6. If you do not have a Colorado Account Number, you can complete the necessary application and pay the license fee through the SUTS system as well.

 

Managing Businesses in your Account

• If you want to file for many businesses at once please review the instructions found under the Bulk Filer Tab
• If you are filing for an Individual Business:
• Register the Business in the Portal
• Look for the Tax Filing Task under the Open tasks for that Business

• Please register your email address and email our team at blt.str.support@govos.com after you have completed your user profile.
